NPR Wine Club: How This Works – Part I

PART ONE- PAIRING NPR SHOWS WITH WINE MAKERS

Hi, we are the NPR Wine Club team. We want to share a little information about how this all works. As you know, we are creating unique NPR-inspired wines. If you are already a member of the NPR Wine Club, you will be receiving wines from around the world as well as these fun new offerings from our team.

In the first introductory case, one of the wines you will be receiving is “All Grapes Considered” – a delicious Malbec from Argentina. It was created by the legendary Zuccardi family, one of the top names in Argentinean wines, says The Wine Spectator.

Working together with NPR and our globe-trotting wine team, we pick a popular NPR show, discuss what the type of wine would pair best with the show and then find the best-matched winemaker to make the wine. In the case of the “All Grapes Considered” release, we chose an Argentinean Malbec from the Mendoza region. If you would like to read more about the Zuccardi family, click here.
